Ghiaccio brings together the warmth of 100-year-old barn beams with honed cinnamon-veined natural white quartzite, white oak cabinetry, black hardware, a slab quartzite range wall, concealed appliance doors, counter towers, and brass-accented lighting. The kitchen and connected dinette balance rustic architectural character with a crisp, sophisticated point of view: collected, confident, tactile, and refined.

The primary ensuite becomes an avant-garde oasis, combining custom steel framework, on-grade heated flooring, antiqued mirror, and ceiling-height wainscot paneling. The layered material treatment gives the bath an architectural quality that feels both quietly dramatic and deeply considered.
