A favorite decorative project spanning nine first floor rooms of layered, collected interior design. Updates to a newer kitchen sit alongside custom millwork features, handmade wallpaper, refreshed lighting, and a vintage shop lantern in the kitchen. A study nook and gentleman's office are among the most personal spaces.

Art direction gives the home its soul. Courtenay incorporated meaningful family heirlooms, including original Currier & Ives Americana prints discovered among the family's collection, framing and styling them within antique barrister bookcases. The dining room carries a Susan Aurinko black and white C print of Prague architecture. It is a home that feels gathered over a lifetime rather than decorated in a season.
